Case Description
I have sjorgen's syndrome and unfortunately the lack of saliva cause me to lose my teeth. I want implants badly. Is there any way to get financial help for this. I have been quoted 31 thousand dollars by an excellent surgion. But I don't have and can't get that much. the longer I wait, the more bone I lose but I don't know what to do
