Case Description
After many years of a meth habit I have turned my life around. But my teeth have taken a turn for the worse! Everyone used to say I had a beautiful smile.. I don't hear that anymore. Please can someone help me.. I live in Haskell, Ok but would travel if there was help out there. And I would make sure to publize the help also...
