Case Description
I have a bridge that was done on my upper teeth when I was 19-21. At the time I had medicaid.I now have all of my bottom teeth have worn away the enamel and broken or chipped off. It causes me a lot of daily pain and I wouldn't care if they were all pulled and I was given a denture at age 26. I was hospitalized due to MRSA and an emtreme infection in my mouth and cheek requiring surgery. I have no insurance.Work parttime and have a 1 yr old on SSI. Please help me
